SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. SHIPPING METHODS 

Shipments are made by an express courier service, selected by the Seller from those with the best proven experience.

The shipment will be insured for the value of the goods, with notification of delivery to the address provided by the Buyer when ordering.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

The shipment of the order (“processing of order”) takes 48  working hours from receipt of the Buyer’s proof of payment by the Seller.

Goods are delivered in Italy and in Europe on average within six or seven working days after processing; in non-European countries delivery is within ten working days after processing.

In the case of specific destinations, islands or remote locations, delivery may take more time, but in any case, shall take place within thirty days.

In the case of products ordered that are not immediately available, once the order is completed, the Buyer will be contacted by phone or e-mail on the number and address provided when ordering, and notified regarding the longer lead times; if the time required should exceed the Buyer’s expectations, they may cancel the order.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping and insurance of goods are dependent on volume and weights of the goods ordered. These costs are borne entirely by the Seller for orders to be delivered in Italy and where the goods value is above 50 (fifty) euros VAT included. In every other case, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and will be clearly stated at the time of the order.

In the case of non-European deliveries, the Buyer shall be responsible and bear the costs for importing/customs clearance of the order in the destination country.

4. TAX DOCUMENTS

Every shipment in Italy or Europe will be accompanied by a tax receipt for the value of the goods, or an equivalent invoice if this was requested on ordering.

An invoice will accompany all non-European shipments.

However, if the recipient of the shipment differs from the Buyer (shipping address differs from the billing address), the receipt/invoice shall not be included in the shipment but sent separately by post to the Buyer’s address.
