We are Mosto Ardente, mustard growers in Alta Langa. We have brought to our land a different, unconventional crop to introduce a new and unique flavor: an artisanal wine mustard, entirely Italian!

The mustard from our fields is stone-ground with wine and vinegar, a slow and patient process to achieve the best balance every time. Capturing the aromas and flavors of a terroir in a jar that brings them to your table is our mission!
